Ultimizers has built multiple types of Unstackers over the years, we have since focused on and specialize in Overhead Rake off type Unstackers for dead pack or stickered packs.
Ultimizers can typically build complete systems from inbound package roll cases or package chains to course receiving chains and delivery systems including complete system control integration fully tested in house prior to delivery.
The overhead Rake-off is heavy duty and adjustable for differing thicknesses. The main inbound roll case is a driven roll case mounted to a heavy duty scissor lift.
